I was having an issue with the cairn missions where I would not see an option to interact with them. The first time I saw this (NW section of map, maybe Eurovicsire), I thought it might be part of another mission, so I moved on. I saw it happen again in Snotinghamscire, and again in the mystery Stoneman. I decided to save my game and reboot. I created two saves, quit Valhalla, and restarted my xbox series x. I started the game back up to see that I've lost 10 hours of gameplay. My two saves were gone, and everything reverted back to a save from 1/15/2021.

I had completely cleared out all the wealth, mysteries, and artifacts in Lincolnscire, Jorvik, Eurvicscire (except for the one Cairn), and made solid progress on Snotinghamscire and now it looks like I haven't even entered those territories.

    Please help.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Did you hard quit Valhalla through the Xbox UI? Otherwise an old Quick Resume could be loaded. I have had this also after Restarting my Series X. Try hard quitting Valhalla through the Xbox UI again and restart the game.

If you have let Valhalla save before doing this, you lost your progress.

Shame! There all a lot of topics on this forum about lost data. It is really a problem in Valhalla on all platforms. I luckily could always recover it (knock on wood). One time all was progress was gone and I had to delete all local data, after which It was synced with Xbox Live again and recovered. But I would personally only do that when everything was gone.
