I've tried everything, but none of my Valhalla saves have the Cloud icon - so I cannot access any of my saves on my PS5. I've checked and:
- My Playstation Network account is linked to my Ubisoft Connect Account
- I'm connected to the network
- I can access my saves if I use the PS4 version of the game on the PS5, but if I try the PS5 version of it, I can only create a new game, I don't see any option to load my previous saves
- None of my saves on my old PS4 have the cloud icon either
I've connected to the support 3 times and nobody knows how to help me...
