Hello, does anyone know if there are actually Hidden loot chests in Valhalla? I came upon a chest (Little Yellow dot Chest) that didn’t appear on the map even though I Did the View Points in Oxenefordscire. Is this a Bug? Was I Lucky to find This ?

If you could get back to me, I’d appreciate it!💜

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@tyeler0222144 Some of those ones containing iron and leather seem to not appear on the map.

@kreutzgang I just like to think it’s a bug because when you syncorize, it’s supposed to show all the a yellow Wealth, Artifacts and mysteries so I feel like it would Show the yellow Dots. So maybe it was a Bug?

have you ever came upon a loot chest with no Yellow Dot?

@tyeler0222144 I only had it with the smallest variant of chests, not with ingots or gear.

@kreutzgang hey! Thought id ask you something about these loot chests! So I’ve come across with both chests having keys to unlock them. Is this Ubisoft telling us there is always a chest somewhere that we can get, like a Hint I should say? So If I use my raven, it will help?

@asgardian02 have you come across chests only with Keys to unlock them?

    @tyeler0222144

chests with keys are always marked on the map with a big golden dot.

the small chests are smell dots

@asgardian02 nope this small loot chest appeared with a “Eatun Barn Chest” that didn’t appear on the map and it required a Key

@tyeler0222144 yeah if you find a key, there's definitely a chest to unlock around. If that's what you were asking.

@kreutzgang thank you, so every Loot chest that is Hidden/ DOESNT appear on the map will all require a Key to unlockkkk the chest? Yes???

@tyeler0222144 Artifacts definitely do NOT appear on the map when you sync. You have to get quite close to them until they appear. I had maps fully uncovered and synced and still missed artifacts. Only found them by asking ?-guys.
So I think the small chests also appear only once you get close enough.

@kreutzgang where have you found a chest XD, are they worth getting? I mean you can get those Leather and Ore out in the world XD

i mean the hidden ones, not the small chests that appear on the map haha

@tyeler0222144 no idea honestly, as it's only been those small ones that aren't that useful. I just sometimes spotted them with Odins sight in places where I had not seen a dot on the map when approaching them. I’m also not 100% sure it's the case as the dots are tiny, and you have to zoom hellla in to see them plus another symbol might be overlapping them. The ones containing gear and ingots are always on the map and the symbol changes to specify what they are when you get closer.

@kreutzgang you can see small chests on the map but you need to zoom all the way in and they are hard to see.
Also theres a button to cycle through overlapping icons.
