    Hello there,

    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update from the development team! I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to resolve this issue in a future update! We don't yet have a confirmed ETA for when this update is to be released. Once we have more definite information about the update, it will be shared within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum.

    @songlover124 & @LyNiBu_1727 - I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to progress in "Defensive Measures." Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. We hope to have more news to share with you about the fix for this issue soon.

    That’s great. Thanks for update. Although I do feel at this point we should be compensated by having the new DLC for a discount at the least.

    You're welcome, @Daner725. Please note that any compensation offered would be the decision of the Assassin's Creed: Valhalla team, and that the player support team has no influence over this. If any compensation is to be offered to players, this will be shared via in-game notifications or on our official platforms. I've passed on your feedback regarding "Defensive Measures."

    Once we have a confirmed release date for the update, we will let you know within the forums.

    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to deploy a fix for "Defensive Measures" in TU 1.2.2. This update will be deployed 15 June, 2021 at 2 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
     
    If you are still encountering issues with "Defensive Measures" following TU 1.2.2, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • That the issue continues to persists in-game following this update.

     
    Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud. We can then pass these reports to the development team for further investigation.

    As we have had no further reports of this issue persisting in-game following the release of TU 1.2.2, we will now be locking this thread.

    If you encounter any further trouble in "Defensive Measures," please don't hesitate to open up a new thread so we can take a closer look. When opening a new thread, please include as much information about the issue you're encountering as possible. Any images or videos that demonstrate the issue in-game are also helpful for further investigation.
