    When I access the store, I can't purchase anything. It says no content available, then I get another notification with an error code.

    Hello,

    While trying to redeem my code for my seasonpass it looks like it doesnt redeem, the 'redeem code' code option right above the store still stays even though i have used the code.
    While trying to open 'add-ons' menu to see for extra season pass content is says 'online service error' with the code 0x20000015.
    Can anybody explain and help?

    @kimi-da Yeah, it's a known issue and we are not getting a statement from Ubi.
    They seem to have enough money already. 🙈 😂
