It seems to me, that if player decides to not follow the "right" way to do the arcs, the game just cant recognize that some events did not happen the way it think it did.

If you commit Snotinghamscire before Eurvicscire, Hjorr will attend the funeral and will act like you have just seen him, but you last saw him in Norway way back when, he also says he is attending on king Halfdans behalf. Well, guess what, Halfdan is not a king at that moment.

If you commit to Suthsexe before Jorvik, then some time later, at Hamtunscire, you can once again talk to Hjorr, this time you will talk to him about how Ljufvina helped you during the hunt on Fulke. Only, she was not there, I met her after all this was done.

Both of these are immersion breaking, make me question my own memory (and one of them is also, kind of a spoiler).

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
