    Hey,

    So, I've had every AC game so far, and have also suffered with mild vertigo for years. But I'm finding Valhalla virtually unplayable which is a real shame after waiting 2 years since Odyssey. Even a few minutes at a time is making me dizzy and nauseous and I've had it for a month now.

    Has anyone else had the same problem and are there any game settings I can change? I'm still using Xbox One so it's not the console that's changed. This will sadly be my last AC game if there's nothing that I can adjust in order to play it.

    Thanks
    Tom

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    @titaniumtom142

    you can turn off shaky camera effects.

    But the camera in general in valhalla is super wonky and shaky

    @asgardian02 Hey, thanks for this. Mine was 'on' as default and I've now turned it off. Sadly I'm still getting the same symptoms though so will have to leave AC and stick with other games instead.

    Looks like it might just be me judging by the lack of replies, but I wonder if there is anywhere I can make a formal recommendation for a more stable camera on the next game?

    Thanks

    i am afraid the clunky finishers are to blame here.

    Whenever a finsher gets trigger the camera focusses on that and even if you try to turn you camera back to the enemies you end up looking to that enemy you just killed in slowmo. Its super annoying indeed.

    @titaniumtom142 I don't know. I often have this at the beginning of a game and adjust. It was like that for me too in Valhalla, so it's hard to judge but what still really gets me is using the bird, as the camera keeps readjusting its path and that makes me feel queasy. You are probably not the only one by far, so maybe file it with support as an improvement suggestion. I doubt anything posted here gets any attention from Ubi.
