    In short:

    1. the map pack is not showing the raw materials icons
    2. you cannot buy the in-game maps either

I got the map pack a while back, mostly for early-game access to gear locations, and for the Opal. However, this also included the raw materials locations. Prior to map addon, you could buy the raw materials maps from the cartographer, but that option is removed when the map addons are active. I recently started a new playthrough, and noticed that none of the raw materials icons are showing up. I just built the cartographer again last night, and sure enough the only maps for sale are ingots and mysteries.

    Please investigate and fix this

(NOTE: obviously, this isn't the end of the world, the icons will appear once you get close enough to them during a raid. This isn't about functionality, as players can make do without them.. This is about something being broken that should be working.. especially if Ubi is making more money from it ... regardless of whether you think the maps are useless, a ripoff, or whatever.. that is beside the point. Please do not post your personal opinion on the utility/value of the Helix Maps. It solves nothing and waters down the actual issue -- much appreciated)

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

You can get Raw materials only during Raid in monastery locations (by the river).

So its non-sense to have it on any map, because without someone of your crew, you can´t loot it (two persons are needed to open chest). No chance to loot it only during exploration of map 😉

@ledoveeekladivo right.. all im saying is, when you get the map pack, it removes the ability to buy the raw materials maps from the cartographer. and the map pack is not showing them either. Never mind whether its useful or not.. and the map pack, last month if i recall correctly, was showing the barrels on the map. So if the map pack is going to prevent you from buying the in-game versions, then it should show them. If the map pack does NOT show them, then you should be able to purchase them in-game from the cartographer. Again, not arguing about the utility/usefulness of it.. just about functionality that is broken
