    Januaru 8 2021 - I have been having the same issue on ps4...
    I am very disappointed since I really really loved the game! There were many bugs which I was able to work around, but this just takes away all the fun...

    I tried all the tips and tricks suggested by the people above, but none of them worked. I honestly don't want to start over again since I've spent over 88 hours playing, and there is nothing that suggest this won't happen again on a second playthrough.

    I don't recommend buying this game until these game breaking bugs are not fixed.

    your describing what is happening exactly. Ubisoft isn’t protecting you from the bug. That’s exactly what is happening to everyone here . Pledge to hamtunscire then no quests come up .

We do not receive any information pertaining to possible patches until they are released and have no further information in that regard.     Not fixed with 1.1.1. I'm on PC.

    This is getting ridiculous, this has being an issue since November.

    @wulfickup Thanks for saving me from having to download the update and check myself. This is very frustrating. It doesn't help when support just says it's been forwarded to the support team and it doesn't even show up in the official thread for issues being investigated, even while giving you the link to the official thread for issues being worked on. It is also annoying how they try to close your case fifteen minutes after you update the ticket assuming the problem is solved from telling them it is still very broken. It's like they are trying to take the crown for having the worst customer support away from EA like it's a badge of honor.

    Todays patch 1.1.1 did not fix this. Still can't progress because the quest 'Kingdom's End' doesn't trigger when I pledge to Hamtunscire. Real bummer...

    almost 3 months and still
    no fix for this issue . I love the game so much but I’m going to have to abandon it .

    Well can't believe it's gotten to this. Customer support was so useless as far as fixing the issue, let alone even acknowledge the issue that the mention of a refund got me a quick response to verify my email to move forward. All they had to do appease me was acknowledge the issue on the official support thread that it was being looked into. Figured I'd let people know, because it seems they aren't taking this game breaking bug seriously. None the less, I hope they find a fix for this problem soon for everyone else here.

    I have the same problem on Xbox One. I pledge to Hamtunscire and Kingdom's End pops up as a new quest but then it disappears. I re-loaded from my last save before pledging and same result....no way to start Kingdom's End.

    Same issue for me on PS5. Uninstalled and Reinstalled game. Deleted save data and pulled from cloud again. Tried going back to save before pledge but pledge still doesn't trigger the quest. I don't want to replay 50 hours of the game to get to this point again as there's no guarantee that it will work the second time around anyway.

    Well Microsoft is now not offering a refund because Ubisoft has taken so long to not even address the issue. My faith in Ubisoft games is going down the tube fast. I refuse to do anything more in the game because of the issue. Ubisoft is a crapshow when it comes to support. I guess it's back to buying games a year to two after release at an 80% discount when the game is actually playable until the end and game breaking issues are fixed.

    There are several threads about this but all have been ignored by anything official Ubisoft. Player on all platforms are pledging to Hamtunscire after heading to Norway with Sigurd and playing through the quest. You come back to the settlement and pledge to Hamtunscire and DO NOT receive the quest "Kingdoms End". This is GAME BREAKING. You are as a result unable to finish the quest Breaking the Order. Two months and not a single peep or mention in the official thread of game issues. Support has been soo horrible and has taken so long I'm unable to get a refund from Microsoft Store where I purchased the game. I recommend anyone who runs into this problem to ask for a refund immediately if purchased anywhere but the Ubisoft Store, as any attempt to get support for the issue has gone nowhere. This is an issue after putting over 140 hours into the game where a player isn't just going to start over from scratch. This needs to be addressed.

    Not trying to take away from this thread, just hoping that it may drawn some light on the issue.

    On PS5. 162 hours into the game. Last area left to pledge is Hamtunscire. I completed everything else. But when I talk to Randvi and pledge to Hamtunscire nothing happens. I should get the quest 'Kingdom's End' but it just won't trigger, no matter what I do. It is also not showing up in my quest log.

    According to some guide on the internet the quest takes place in a town called Werham. So I thought the quest might trigger once I get there. But when I travel to Werham everybody and their brother is just standing around not reacting or doing anything. And still no quest. Several other people are having the same issue, see this thread:

    Yeah I'm over a 100 hours in too. 'm not starting again and would appreciate some communication on this issue from Ubisoft.

    it’s infuriating cos I’m on the same bot and can’t even finish the game. This needs sorting!!!

    I’ve just pledged to Hamtunscire and did not get any quest marker to continue. I’ve tried exiting in and out of the animus and that hasn’t work. I’ve also tried loading an older save point and repledging Hamtunscire and again nothing. I’ve even tried going to Wersham where the quest is supposed to begin to try and see if the quest would start and still nothing. Is there a fix for this or any updates to fix this? Please help!!!

    @mreljp Hello there! At this time, our team is aware of this issue and are currently investigating. If those who are affected by this would like to assist in this, we'd like to have the save game files of those affected. You can get these to our team by creating a new support ticket, and attaching the files to it!
