Well. I had a bug that since I updated to 2.20 and tried to play, my Moonlight axe had vanished. It's fully upgraded and my main weapon, so I just didn't play since then. Signed on today but my internet was briefly down and my axe appeared. Didn't make the connection until just now loading the game back up and the axe was gone again. So I turned off my internet connection, and the axe comes back. Here's a video of what happens when my internet connection was turned on and I loaded a save file with the Moonlight axe equipped.

@claiger_ I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, it is not a known issue.
Does this only occur if you have the Moonlight Axe equipped? If you have not tried this could you try equipping a different weapon, save then exit the game. Then try loading that save file whilst connected to the internet and check your inventory to see if the Moonlight Axe is still missing.

- Which weapon has been affected?
- What quality was your weapon at prior to the reset?
- Were any used resources/runes added to your inventory following the reset? Or are you now missing all raw materials used/runes equipped?
- All runes and resources returned to inventory
- Did you find the raw materials in-game, or were they purchased using Helix Credits?
- Did you notice this upon reloading your save following the update? Or did this happen after taking part in a River Raid?
- After Uptade 1.1.2.
When will the problem be fixed? I only play with the weapon.

As the development team plan to resolve this issue in a future update, you don't need to provide us with the additional information I requested in an earlier post. Until this fix is deployed, We would strongly recommend against upgrading these weapons, as this will prevent the potential loss of any in-game resources.
Once we have any further information to share regarding the future update, it will be posted within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum, so please keep an eye out in these places.

@ubi-keo I posted more info on this on another thread where I'd commented about someone's experience. I think ya'll are aware of it.
I would like to reach out to you all with an update from the development team. The issue wherein the Ubisoft Connect weapons have been downgraded will be resolved in TU 1.2.0. This update is due to be deployed 16 March, 2021 at 1PM CET/8AM EDT. You can read the patch notes and learn more here.
If the issue still persists for you following the deployment of TU 1.2.0, please can you provide us with a video that shows the following:
- You have TU 1.2.0 installed. You can check this in the title menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
- That your weapons are still downgrading when playing the game.

@ubi-borealis After playing about 60+ hours I finally took a break to get a cup of coffee and relax my hand-bones. When I checked I was horrified to see Eivor was disrobed with all armor returned to 0 stats, apparently with the message "bonus content unlocked" blahblahblah. I think the resources for the armor upgrades might have been there because I did see a lot of that in the inventory. But fortunately I had a backup save / did not have to lose my precious armor upgrades + rune slot placements. I had walked into Ravensworth and paused (not fast travel) and had just completed a quest. Apparently this is some sort of odd bug because I do have store content in the form of the Berserker stuff from Ultimate Edition. So looks like this will be fixed soon (hope).

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience within the forum. I'm glad to hear that you were able to restore your armour upgrades. Reloading an earlier save is definitely a good workaround to try if this does happen to you. The Berserker gear may still downgrade from time-to-time, but all resources and runes used in the upgrade should be returned to your inventory. You can read more about the Berserker gear downgrades specifically in this megathread.
If this continues to happen following TU 1.2.0, please can you check to ensure that resources have been returned to your inventory? If the resources/runes have not been returned to you, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can investigate further.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that you have lost resources when the downgrade occurred in-game for you. Has your Spartan bow downgraded following TU 1.2.0? Or are you now able to upgrade the weapon without it downgrading?

Just lost all my berserker items from ultimate edition cant find them in inventory or the shop in game how can I fix this I really don't want to restart the game from beginning from all hours been put into the game .. how can I resolve this ?

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your Berserker gear. If you've lost access to all of your Berserker gear, I would recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at your account and your missing items. You can open a support ticket in the following ways:
- Via the Ubisoft Support website
- Starting a live chat (please check your regional opening times first!)
- Twitter and Facebook
When opening a ticket, please include an image that shows your current in-game inventory and that the Berserker items are missing, as well as a full-screen image of your proof of purchase for the ultimate edition of the game. These will be helpful for further investigation.
As we have had no new reports of issues persisting with the Ubisoft Connect rewards resetting following the release of TU 1.2.0, we will now be locking this thread.
