I was on Vacation thats why I replied so late...
I have a different topic maybe you can help me with this aswell - I recently switched to the PS5 Version of the Game and Im missing 1 Trophy for the Platinum which is to complete the first Raid in England.
I obviously already finished the game on my PS4 thats why I dont have any Raids left to complete.
Do you guys know a way/quest to trigger the Trophy?
River Raids wont work for me unfortunately!

Thanks for the update!
Regarding trophies, unfortunately they don't transfer between platforms so do need to be triggered again. Usually this is by completing an aspect of the requirement, such as collect one of the 10 items will cause it to re-unlock.
I'm afraid at this point a new save and completing the first Raid again will be the way to re-trigger the trophy.
