The recent title update 1.1.2 has turned my ultimate edition into the standard edition and on the Xbox store, it is saying I have to purchase the game again at an increased price.
Please investigate why after the title update I have lost my purchases.
This is not the first time your title update has caused problems.

Just received an email from Ubisoft to say they are going to close this feed and i need to create a ticket.
I have 2 questions
- you can log a support issue it says chat only
- the chat button is always greyed out even after refreshing the page about 50 time
