    How can I return the game?

    I have a problem with the "Reaver of the South" mission, in the first Sussex alliance, on the Xbox One Fat version, where I can't interact with Basim. I have reported the problem before but it has not yet been resolved. I haven't been able to advance the story for months and this has been frustrating me a lot.

    I apologise for the delayed response. Hello there!

    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the issue wherein players were unable to proceed in "Reaver of the South" is due to be fixed in TU 1.2.1. This update will deployed 27 April, 2021 at 1 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.

    If you are still encountering issues with "Reaver of the South" following TU 1.2.1, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:
    - You have TU 1.2.1. installed. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    - The issue still occuring in-game.

    @nikosdgreat - I would be unable to speculate on what causes this issue for players. The issue should now be resolved for you following the deployment of TU 1.2.1 tomorrow.

    @DSkoubo - If you purchased the game from the Ubisoft Store, you are welcome to submit a refund request. Please ensure that you consult the digital and physical refund policies prior to submitting a request. If you purchased the game from another retailer, you will need to contact them for further support.

    @ubi-borealis thanks for the info. Look forward to finally being able to finish the main storyline.
    If there is still issues after tmmrw Iโ€™ll look into returning, but how would I do that when I bought from Target.

    If you wanted to return your purchase from Target, you'll need to contact them for more assistance.

    @ubi-borealis when will this be fixed im at the new update 1.2.1 yet still not working. Come on sort this out will you. I'm now level 260 for a lvl 120 mission that I can't do. Still not resolved as you said.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're still unable to proceed in "Reaver of the South" following TU 1.2.1. To help us to investigate this further, would you be able to provide us with a video that shows the following:

    • You have TU 1.2.1. installed. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • You're still unable to interact with Basim, and no quest marker is available to you


    We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.
