    @ubi-wan The game started when I have disabled AVAST. This is the culprit.

    and here we go again... Yesterday i did a tip with avast and game started was playing whole night and around 8am today before work for 2h now I have again problem with black screen or "your produckt cant be played lunch now" or infinite splash screen. Any tips?

    So anyone got same problem like yesterday with "your product cannont be activated right now" or infinite splash screen/ loading menu black screen and more? Yesterday tip with Avast worked for me and played without any problem same today at morning now i come back from work and got same problem like yesterday anyone else?

    Solution with avast not working anymore... -_-

    Hello all!

    Thanks for continuing to update this thread, and for @Buta__13 for suggesting it may be an issue with the antivirus. We've raised this issue to the development team for a closer look.

    In the meantime, we would strongly recommend against disabling your antivirus permanently. You are welcome to try briefly disabling it for testing purposes (to check that it is the antivirus causing the crash). However, we would instead recommend that you try whitelisting Assassin's Creed: Valhalla within your antivirus rather than completely disabling it.

    Same happens to me. Played about 4h ago now i can't XD didnt even turned off my pc there is something srsly wrong with ubisoft connect. Hope they gonna fix this problems fast

    @ubi-borealis this happened to me yesterday on PS5, the game completely crashed the console and the only thing I could do was to power cycle the playstation (I did try waiting for some minutes).
    It did this twice, then the console would refuse to launch the game and I had to remove it and reinstall it.
