    So Raven's Beak is advertised as a Predator Bow, but it's actually a light bow in game. If this is actually supposed to be a Predator bow, can it be fixed? If it's supposed to be a light bow, can someone tell me how to refund it? Thank you.

    Come here to looking for the answer too.

    I hope it will be predator bow because of the perk in the set.

    But i think they will not fix this until the next update which is suck.

    Bought this pack as well expecting it to be a predator bow. Based on the stats, it seems that it should in fact be a predator.
    Just another mess that Ubisoft intentionally sold knowing it was broken whilst leaving the forum mods a mess to clean up. Unbelievable!

    Hello! Thank you for reaching out on the forums about this issue.

    A German player reported this issue with the Raven's Beak bow appearing as a light bow instead of a predator bow to us previously, and an investigation was opened with the developers. Our team have since reproduced the issue and as such it's now being looked into further.

    I'll let you know as soon as we have any more information to share, but for now, thank you for your understanding and patience! 🙂

    @ubi-woofer Also having this issue. Was very disappointed. Certainly not getting preditor bow damage on this. Looking forward to a fix or a refund.

    Is there an update to this issue? I noticed that it's not fixed after today, and that it didn't make the "known issues" that were updated on the 9th. So did we just forget about it and hope it goes away in typical Ubisoft fashion?

    So how do I go about getting a refund for this, since it's apparent you all don't care about this issue, that you replicated?

    I’ve been fighting with them for days now and they refuse to give me a refund or even tell me when they hope to have a fix. Basically it seems to be a case of they already have our money so they see no need to fix it.

    They just closed my ticket on the same issue, I said it can't be closed as no error resolution, then they informed me going forward they won't notify of any resolution, that we will have to find it in a forum post. But if seems they want to push us under the carpet without and forget about us since they already have our cash. Talk about poor customer service.

    They won't refund because we already claimed in game. And psn won't refund because it was purchased through Ubisoft. It's [censored] is what it is honestly. Crappiest customer service I've yet to receive. And all Ubisoft does is close the ticket saying nothing more can be done

    Wow two months in, a couple of minor patches, a major patch, and no word at all about this at all in any of the notes.

    Well done, you may have just lost a customer.

    @myajha Hello and thank you so much for your patience. This should have been resolved in a previous update, and I am so sorry that you are still experiencing this issue with the Raven's Beak Bow. Just to make sure, have you updated your game with the latest 1.2.1 patch?
