pc bug glitch gameplay

I am not sure what I did but it seems two of the Daughters of Lerion map icons are still showing on my map. Not sure if this is a known issue or i broke something..

Attached is a screenshot with her body and the icon present...

As the title says I did not get the armor or the axe from watching the twitch reveal. I watched the stream on JorRaptor.

playstation 4 technical issue

I have the sword Excalibur, I know where is the rock of the bow, and I also know that I must break at the sunset. But even if I follow all the steps but the rock doesn´t break and I don´t get the sword.
