Okuma Tsuyoshi grew up in the Fukushima Aiikuen Orphanage never knowing his Mother or Father, and as he grew he knew he was different from the other kids. At the age of thirteen he began having dreams, very vivid dreams, of a past he couldn't have lived. A lot of it was bits and pieces that faded as dreams do over time, but what stuck in his mind was a sword he used while fighting. The kids in the orphanage picked on him during the day, but at night he was a samurai, standing on an ancient hill performing a kata with a sword that seemed to cut the very wind blowing around him.
When he was eighteen he left the orphanage and moved to Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyūshū, a place he felt strongly pulled to. Here he started digging for his past or at least answers when he stumbled across a drawing of one of the most famous swords ever... the Honjo Masamune. It was the same sword from his dreams! Walking out of the local library he felt his right ear twitch to a sound he'd never heard just behind him. Not even a second past when he felt the hidden blade enter his back, cleanly missing his ribs and entering his lung.
"I wish we could have done this a different way," the female voice tells him, lowering his body to the ground, "but we've run out of time." Okuma's lung fills with blood and he becomes more and more unable to breathe as unconsciousness takes him. The woman crouched next to him flicks her wrist returning the blade to the inside of her dark sweater.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
