Cannot recruit player Jomsvikings

I can no longer recruit friends’ Jomsvikings since I build the River Raid hall.
I used to be able to see real players’ Jomsvikings at the dock. They now no longer appear, I just have the options of apparently generic Jomsvikings from the Viking hall.

@hheywood I'm pleased the issue is resolved.
Title Update 1.2.0.1 was deployed to address the crashes faced by players since the release of the Ostara Festival and did not include any bug fixes. Settlement decorations and decoration quests were reactivated with this update.Official Response
