Have an Order Member clue earlier than intended

Somehow I got a clue from an Order member that should have been obtained from another.
As seen here:
I have five of the six clues for the Rake, despite only having killed five of the Faith sect.
The extra clue I have can be seen in this screenshot:
I have the "Note taken from the Oil", despite not having killed or even discovered the Oil (the member with the dot still over the icon in the first image, indicating I need to find more clues from exploration).
I believe I obtained this note among the items from either the Vault or the Crozier, neither of whom are not only not the Oil, but also neither of them are even in the Faith sect of the Order.
Although it seems neither is really an important part of the story, this means I will have all six clues about the Rake before actually killing the Oil.

@schiffy94 Could you try defeating all 6 members of Wardens of Faith and confirm if The Rake is revealed as we are currently investigating an issue where all 6 members have been killed but the clues are stuck on 5/6 and The Rake is not revealed.

@ubi-keo I was able to reveal the Rake by only having killed five of the six. I could still reveal and find and kill the Oil with no issue, but doing so was not needed to get me the clue for the Rake, and consequently the Rake's clue for the Father.
But despite this odd premature clue acquisition, I was still able to get all the medallions from all the Order members. -
