After spending real money on buying the game itself and buying helix credits my bought items like armor sets mounts weapons and other parts of the store are missing from the inventory
Even after the updates it still keeps happening
Also items are disappearing from the river raids
Can't complete the main story either cos the game keeps crashing
Iam a fan of the assassin's Creed franchise for 10 years and I have never experienced any of these issues before with take this long to get solved by the Developers
Just to keep it real and honest Valhalla is Broken and it needs to get fixed and the fans deserve to have answers and compensation for their patience and agony

@xeno-crazy I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced those issues in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Can you try the troubleshooting steps in the support article here.
If the crashing persists, could you submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
Could you also submit a separate support ticket with a detailed description of the purchased items you are missing and we can look into that for you as well.
I do understand your frustration and can assure you that the development team are working hard to resolve the issues that have been reported.

I have no idea how to do any of the stuff u just toled me to do
normaly i just wait till the game gets better updates or patches beeing released that usually fixes all the bugs and glitches
so right now im not planning on messing with this for the moment and just wait if the new DLC and future Patches come out to solve this
