    I'm sorry to hear that you're still unable to complete "Crushed Dreams" following TU 1.2.2. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us. To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to send us a video which shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • How you are unable to progress in "Crushed Dreams" (such as being unable to interact with any NPCs or being unable to collect items for the world event)


    We can then forward this to the development team for further investigation.

    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to deploy a fix for "Crushed Dreams" in TU 1.2.2. This update will be deployed 15 June, 2021 at 2 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
     
    If you are still encountering issues with "Crushed Dreams" following TU 1.2.2, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • That the issue continues to persists in-game following this update.

     
    Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud. We can then pass these reports to the development team for further investigation.

    Thanks for recording a video for us, @Gans_Solo! The best way to share a video with us is to upload it to a sharing platform (such as YouTube or Google Drive) and to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then take a closer look at the video you've created.

    Patch 1.2.2 did not fix this for me and I still can't get the ring from the fisherman.

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • How you are unable to progress in "Crushed Dreams" (such as being unable to interact with any NPCs or being unable to collect items for the world event)


    I would recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform first, such as YouTube or Google Drive. You can then post a link to the video within this thread.

    I have the most recent update on PS5 and this glitch still persists. I killed all the bandits and the letter and item on the body cannot be grabbed, as described in the original post.
