    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to deploy a fix for the Rune list cap in TU 1.2.2. This update will be deployed 15 June, 2021 at 2 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
     
    If you are still encountering issues with the Runes list following TU 1.2.2, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • That the issue continues to persists in-game following this update.

     
    Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud. We can then pass these reports to the development team for further investigation.

    Sorry to hear about your experience.

    I can see that this issue is currently being investigated. I also merged your thread with our meathread for better visibility on updates.

    Once we h ave an update, we are going to let everyone know through the patch notes and this megathread as well. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Many of my runes are not showing up in the list when i try to add them to a weapon/armour. For example I have 11 runes that increase critical hit chance but when I try to add them to a weapon only 2 show up in the list (this number changes but it is never the same runes or the correct amount). Even when I remove runes from a weapon they don't show up to be re added. This is the same for all weapons and armour. This has been a problem for many months but is becoming more annoying as I get more runes that I cannot access.
    From the forums I can see it's a problem accross platforms and has been happening for a whiule ot quite a few players. Can't find a Ubi resonse though or seee it in the 'Known Issues' section.
    (This is aside from the fact the list is not in any order which is a terrible gameply decision and makes it very difficult to spot this probelm in the first place - it should at least be grouped to rune type or alphabetically)

    @forbidden_tek Yes, the list is limited to 100 runes, that's the problem. There is a bigger thread about it.

    I apologise for the delayed response. I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to resolve this issue in a future update! We don't yet have a confirmed ETA for when this update is due to be deployed. Once we have more definite information regarding a release date, this news will be shared within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum as soon as we are able to do so.

    @MHwtf - Please note that the Known Issues list is non-exhaustive, and doesn't contain all of the ongoing investigations by the development team. Rest assured that the team have been looking into this rune cap issue further, and hope to release a fix soon.

    @ubi-borealis yay for progress! But is this going to be the same update for Ciara glitch? Because it feels like that update is gonna take forever to happen🤦

    We don't yet have a confirmed release date for when the fix for the rune cap is to be deployed, @MHwtf. Once this information has been confirmed, it will be shared within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum via patch notes.

    I would recommend keeping an eye out for more information about any future updates in "Foothold in Connacht" megathread, as this is where we'll share any news regarding the release of fixes for this specific investigation.

    Increased the rune list cap from 100 to 300 so that all runes are being displayed in the inventory.


    let's see how it has been made, I'm not 100% confident with :

    "so that all runes are being displayed in the inventory"

    and let's see if we can sort them ...

    Patch : 1.2.2

    Runes Equip List = 300 related runes ( example : you want to equip Round Runes on your weapon = you will have the choice between up to 300 Round Weapon Runes 👍 👍 )

    And you can sort them by :

    1. Power
    2. Last obtained
    3. Type (ex: Heavy Attack Runes) (in this case, each type of rune is sorted from Major to Minor ones 👍 )


    Runes already in use are clearly more visible (and also the stuff they are on is clearly readable) 👍
