The problem has been since day one but this time it's different problem, after latest patches my FPS drops got worse, few months ago it was from 60 FPS to 40/30 due to memory leak problem or something.
I also get FPS drops when alt-tabing (in fullscreen mode) i remember they mention in patch note that they have fixed it but that didn't fix for me.
Now my FPS drops has gotten worse, i get from 60FPS to 15-10 FPS!! (It's like they cut 50% of performance) This is unplayable. Temporary fix is that i have to restart the game or travel to Norway then load the savegame where i was in England. Then problem is happening again all over again and again...
I've seen couple people with this problem, how they haven't fix this mess? Is it just another bad optimization of Ubisoft??
Origins and Odyssey ran better than this. (Yes my PC is old but it doesn't matter since it also happens when playing on low resolution, lowest settings, lowest resolution scale and the performance is still cut to 50%.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
