The development team have reached out to us with an update, and have confirmed that they were unable to reproduce this issue in-game. We will now be marking this thread as "Resolved."

If you have trouble progressing in "Devout Troll," please ensure that you first have completed the following steps:

• You've lit the roof on fire.
• You've destroyed the food pots.
• You've killed the cow.

If you have completed these steps and you're still unable to collect the key, please can you send us a video that shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main menu.
• That you have completed the above steps and are still unable to collect the key.

I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then take a closer look at this.
