Can you please confirm if you have any controllers plugged in at the moment? If so, have you tried disconnecting them? Secondly, can you please perform all the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? It will help to eliminate any potential software conflicts.

Thank you for getting back to me in regards to the issue I am having with Tyr & Fenrir after the cut scene plays. I have tried all the steps you have identified and it is still happening. I am using a P.C. and just use the keyboard and mouse no other connections.
I have noticed that every time I right click on the game in my list of games it is allowing me to verify files, I have completed this around 4 times now, not sure if this should keep happening. it is frustrating as I cannot proceed any further in Asgard!
My system is fine for the game specs and I have been playing it for a few weeks, level 267, 76% of game completed so no issues there.
Can you suggest anything else I may try?
