Attempting to open a ticket and page was stuck on "submit my support case" for 20 mins, so I refreshed and it vanished. Tried again, it's been stuck in the same place now for 19 minutes. What is going on?
@tolkyyn Updating, it's now been almost 3 hours since I started waiting for my case to be submitted. 3 hours!
Now 6 hours the page to submit my ticket still isn't working. FIX YOUR SIGHT PLEASE.
@Tolkyyn Again today the support page is stuck under "submitting" my ticket. One thing after another. One has to wonder why such a large company has such a bad support page.
Yet again yesterday I tried for 8 hours to submit a ticket and it never would move past the "submit ticket' bug, just kept there. This website is a mess.
