Hey @yvzslmatc I can certainly appreciate your interest and passion in this issue, and I can understand how eager you are to have updates! We currently have none to share, but our team is continuing to look into this this internally.
As soon as we have something to share, we'll be sure to share it either here on the forum topic, or in the News & Announcements forum section.
Let me know if you've any other thoughts or questions in the meantime!
@ubi-thrupney I have no questions but one request, please solve this cloth physic problem as quickly as possible.
Hey @yvzslmatc
We appreciate that you are eager to see this changed, but unfortunately we at customer support don't get to decide what issues or feedback and suggestions are worked on as a priority I'm afraid, but I hope you are still able to enjoy the game despite this.
Tiles: You are absolutely right. They haven't even tried. The year is 2020, but there is a physics in 2005. While the extra parts on the front of the Outfits are separate, the extra parts on the back are completely stuck on to Outfits. On top of that, the game has a clipping issue, and the clothes start to look ridiculous when the character bends over. Having issues like this in an AAA game is a complete mockery of the minds of the players.
You guys made a new Outfit and it doesn't have a cape or extra pieces. I guess you realized you can't handle the cloth physics.
Shame on you Ubisoft. You once set an example for other games in cloth physics. But right now, you can't even handle a minimal cloth physics.
Hello everyone. I do apologize for the frustration caused by this. However, as mentioned by @Ubi-Froggard, we aren't able to influence what is prioritized by the game team in terms of improvements. While cloth physics is not currently a priority in the game team's pipeline, they will look to review this feature for potential future improvements if the opportunity arises.
@ubistorm they made a whole new game where you play as odin, released a trailer with immaculate cloth physics only to not even fix them. I want to love this game but man, the development team are a bunch of [censored] assholes.
Second year of this "live services" crap, but they released nothing but bunch of lazy half-[censored] content, and now there is this big dlc and yet they still haven't brought their game up to the standards of previous games, and it seems like they don't even plan to do so. They care not for the player experience, but only for money. Present day Ubisoft, ladies and gentlemens, in its finest.
@devourcolossus it's not a new game, to be honest, but just a dlc.
It is funny though that in this dlc cinematic trailer is featured cloth physics. What an irony, isn't it?
