    You have to speak with Valka on the beginning of the quest. During this first quest you have to find some herbs in nerby cave, bring them back and from this herbs Valka prepares her coctail which gets you to Asgard....

    From what I gather, the quest is supposed to begin as soon as you build Valka's hut. The problem is that it never did for me and I can't interact with Valka…

    Uffff . . . this looks like PS4 version is more bugged than ultra-bugged PC version. Didn´t believe that its possible, but amount of bugs and glitches included in AC Valhalla is much bigger than in totally poor unoptimalized and unfinished AC Unity.

    I just hope they decide to look into this as that Reddit post shows that it is a genuine bug and not just an isolated incident in my game.

    @outta_germany Hi! I apologize for any negative effect that this may have had on your gameplay experience in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Do you remember what quest you were doing when you first interacted with Valka? Also, are you meaning to say that you're unable to go to Asgard because you cannot interact with Valka at this time?     The "In Dreams..." quest never triggered for me after building her hut.

    It's annoying to be locked out of this content...

    I can't recall what quest I was on when I built the hut but looking through my completed quests, I do have one that is blank. Not sure if it's connected or not but worth mentioning.

    Hey philclarke83! Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry for the delay, but appreciate your patience! Since you've already built the house but the game is not recognizing this, please complete our guide here, which includes restoring your licenses. Then test your game out again and let me know if it is still prompting you to build the house. If so, can you provide some in-game images or a video showing the house is built, but you are still seeing that quest? Also, let me know if you are using any cross-progression features with the game. If you are, what other platform do you play on?

    Thank you for replying. I've just gone through the guide and tried to sort out the. I've tried power cycling (I power off - not rest - after every use), restoring licenses, and re-building the database, but none of these have addressed the issue. I only play on this console. There is a hard drive attached as external storage, but that is all.

    I have uploaded a video to youtube with this link

    Please allow a short while after I have posted for this to become available. It shows me walking from the longhouse to Valka's house, showing that the task is still available but unable to interact. You can see the house has been built. I try to interact with Valka, but am unable to. I return to the marker, but am still unable to complete the task.

    @emperoricaros I'm sorry to hear that! Thank you for linking your other post. For starters, please try rebuilding your PS4's database to see if that helps get this corrected. That process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data. You can find the steps for that process here! Aside from that, would you be able to get a video showing that you cannot interact with Valka? I would be glad to review it further.

Would you be able to create a support ticket here, and attach your save game files? Then return here and post your ticket number. I would like to forward up your save files to the Game team to be included in the investigation.

    @ubikobold I have tried to submit a support ticket using the link provided, but I cannot submit. When I load the page the submit my case button is available. Once I fill in my details the button deactivates. Please advise.

    So im 80 hours into the game and I found out that there is 2 more regions Asgard and Jotunheim unfortunately Valka is just walking by her house but I cant interact with her in any way.
    There is no way im going to start again from a new since ive completed a lot of regions to 100% already (Trophy Hunter). I did not get the quest "In dreams..." but i already built here house (Settlement 5 atm)
    Hope this bug gets fixed

    I was informed by a friend to focus on building Velka’s hut to access Asgard, so that’s exactly what I did except now I can’t talk to Velka at all.

    Also I completed the mission for building Velka’s hut but it doesn’t show up in my completed mission list or my active mission list.

    Built Valka's Hut, but the quest still says to do so.

    The quest marker to do so still floats outside of it, where the sign used to be, and can't be interacted with.

    Valka thanked me for building the hut, when I did it, and now wanders around, and can't be interacted with.

    Except fast travelling to Norway and back to Mercia doesn't fix it.

    Deleting the game and reinstalling also didn't fix it.

    I'm playing on base PS4 with disc.
