I'm posting this here because Ubisoft support has been down since yesterday evening.
I own AC Valhalla on a PS4 Pro. I have several saves there I've put many hours into.
I saw Ubisoft advertising Ubisoft Connect's cross-save ("cross-progression") feature and so yesterday I purchased AC Valhalla for my PC.
My PC runs benchmark mode perfectly fine and I can start and play a new game without issue (and at high settings), but when I try to play my PS4 Pro game saves, the game crashes while attempting to load those specific saves.
Since Ubisoft provides this service via Ubisoft Connect, this seems to be an issue on Ubisoft's end. How can this issue be resolved?

Hi @Gaistaz9 I'm sorry to hear your game crashes when trying to load the saves from your Playstation 4 Pro! Can you let me know if you're receiving any error messages or codes when the game is crashing on your PC? Is it also crashing to desktop, or causing a more serious reboot/black screen/blue screen? Thanks!
