    Well aside from all the other problems that seem to be common to Ubisoft has and don't do anything about, like the on line service, abilities, can't even get the guy to wear a helm, here is one. After the battle in Holy City, there is a funeral and that is when it freezes and disconnect, no answer from support. Any ideas?

    Hello @John16War,

    Sorry to hear about your experience.

    Can you please provide us with more details i.e. are you receiving any errors? If so, can you please provide us with a screenshot of this occurring along with the quest name?

    Regarding the helmet and abilities you mentioned as well, can I kindly ask to provide us with a short video, so we can have a look? It will help us to investigate it further for you.

    @ubi-mark What don't you understand? After Holy Day there is a funeral, then the screen goes blank except for you little triangle that rotates in the lower right corner for a few minutes then I am at the Home page of the Xbox, is this to difficult for you? In the Inventory I have 5 helmets none of them can be worn.

    Sorry to hear that your game keeps crashing. Can you please perform all the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? Additionally, can you please reinstall your game? It will help to eliminate any software conflicts, such as, corrupted data that can lead to the crashes.

    Regarding the helmets, can you please share with us a previously requested video, so we can have a look? Many thanks!

    @ubi-mark well I see you closed the case without doing anything. So typical of Ubisoft support, can't do anything.

    @john16war Hey! Cases close automatically after a few days of no activity, which is what happened with yours.

    I have read your case and I apologize for the issues you are facing.

    1. Are you able to list the abilities that are not working, along with a video showing what happens when you try to use them?
    2. If you're having issues with connecting to the Animus Store, please run through the steps in this FAQ and test again. If the issue persists, please provide screenshots of your port settings in your support case and we will investigate further.
    3. In terms of your map markers, we haven't received reports of custom markers just vanishing without getting to them first. We would need to see a video of what you mean, and then we can get this up to the developers for investigation.
    4. Which battle are you referring to, that freezes and disconnects you? Again, please run through the FAQ in my second point and test again.


    I am very sorry for your experience, both with the game and Support. You're welcome to reopen your case or reply here, but I hope I have addressed the main issues you are having at the moment!
