I am doing a routine check-up on all of the megathreads and would like to provide an update on the issues with the Longship shields.

• When changing shield cosmetics, some will remain as default
  • Investigation Status: Will not fix
  • Comments: After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

• Shields on longship appear upside down
  • Investigation Status: Will not fix
  • Comments: After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience. • Jomsviking shield icon is a wolf, but the design is a dragon
  • Investigation Status: Will not fix
  • Comments: After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

• Main Longship shields change to River Raid Longship shields after a River Raid.
  • Investigation Status: Resolved following TU 1.2.2
  • Comments: This issue has been marked as "Resolved" following the release of TU 1.2.2. If your still encountering a shield cosmetic change following a River Raid, then please can you let us know within this thread? We can then investigate this further.

• Longship Shields change to Helheim Shields
  • Investigation Status: Could not Reproduce following TU 1.2.2
  • Comments: This issue has been marked as "Resolved" following the release of TU 1.2.2. If your ship shields are reverting to the Helheim cosmetic, then please can you let us know within this thread? We can then investigate this further.

• Unable to equip Jackdaw Shields
  • Investigation Status: Could not Reproduce following TU 1.3.0
  • Comments: This issue has been marked as "Resolved" following the release of TU 1.3.0. If you're unable to equip any of your shield cosmetics, then please can you let us know within this thread? We can then investigate this further.

• Main Longship and River Raid cosmetics reset following a Mastery Challenge (we have a dedicated Megathread for this issue)
  • Investigation Status: Resolved following TU 1.3.2.
  • Comments: This issue has been marked as "Resolved" following the release of TU 1.3.2. If you are still encountering a cosmetic reset, then please can you let us know within this thread, as the original Megathread has now been locked. We can then investigate this further.

If you are experiencing a different issue to the ones listed above, then please can you provide us with a full description of the issue, as well as share any images/video that display the issue in-game? We can then forward these for further investigation by the dedicated teams.
