The Supply Line, Part of: The Book Of Dragons, Chapter 2.
The refugee NPC that I need to speak to has the marker above his head but no speak option. I've turned my ps5 on and off, saved, reloaded, tried doing other side quests and nothing, he still won't respond and I cant progress the game any further. Ive completed chapter one but now I'm just completely stuck. I had a similar issue during the festive quests too. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, I've saw there were similar issues. HELLPPP!!
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The quest would like me to "Speak with the refugees" however, I already have, and even though the quest marker is on the refugees head. He doesn't want to talk again. After initially talking with him, I walked over to the flyting trial nearby, and this seemed to cause the break.
What is the timeline for this fix? The game has been out for SIX MONTHS, and this may shock you, but I thought I was paying for a completed, production ready product. So an explanation would also been nice.
