I have contacted Ubisoft support several times regarding the moonlight axe reward. I have been sent links which I have followed to watch the required feed, and have watched it 3 times in total (it’s not a short video either) I have been told by them their records say I haven’t watched it and refuse to give me the reward (they are sure it’s me and not a software issue, considering the main game has had 100s of glitches, the add ons have all been floored, wrath of the druids is on time (oh wait a minute, no it’s not).
I am a keen player and I’m just short of 500hrs playtime, not including the uncounted hrs from constant crashing! I also lost all my Yule items when I got the free gift and had to farm all the materials to upgrade a second time, it’s not like these things are free, Ubisoft put a price on these with helix credits a large materials pack costs 2000 H approx £16.00 and that’s not including coins to by Nickel and Tungstone so that’s another 2000H for the large silver pack! It all adds up! I worked out the materials required to do this, was I offered any compensation? NO! Ubisoft support need to either start supporting the players community or drop the word “support”. Gaming is supposed to be fun, but Ubisoft now put profit above customer care! I have played every assassins creed game from day one and I am so disappointed that it’s come to this. I keep asking to speak to someone higher and get nothing. It’s just all about profit!
