I know that it is not a serious problem, but I do not understand, nor do I know how to solve the problem, that instead of the examples of the skills of the ability tree being in normal speed, they accelerate and it is not understood (beyond what it reads) what it does

I have this bug too. Not sure what you are looking for. It has been reported multiple times since December. Looks like restarting the game gives a temporary workaround, but they don't care enough to fix it for real.

I just checked it out for you and I can see that this issue has been resolved in the previous update.
