So twice now (that I know of) I have had tattoos show be collected differently than other people have said they should be.

The first I encountered was the Vidarr head tattoo, which I have no idea where I got, but it absolutely wasn't from the Sciropescire treasure map that websites say it came from. In fact, I still have the map, and when I go to the location, I can loot the treasure but am given nothing. Unfortunately, I wasn't keeping notes at the time and I have no idea where I got the tattoo design from, though I do remember buying a bunch of them from the in-game shop not long before.

The second one was the Cross Face head tattoo, and at the time I had been recording sources and noted that I purchased it from the in-game store for silver. In this case, I have the map, but when I go to the treasure location, I can't interact with it at all. I initially reported this in this topic before I realized that was the issue.

In both cases, I am 100% positive I did not loot either treasure map location previously.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Hello @Caraamon,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Are you able to provide us with a few screenshots (or a short video perhaps), so we can have a look?

Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

@ubi-mark Sure, here's a video of the two maps I'm having issues with:

And here's a video of me collecting the Sciropescire treasure map with no reward, then going to Tove to show I have both tattoos already.

As for the Susexe map, I posted a video in this topic.
