I have noticed that even once I pick up a chunk of titanium, the little flag post (the white diamond thing that shows up when focusing using Synin) for the titanium doesn't go away. It's confused me into repeatedly searching an area before.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Yes.

It's a minor thing, but I agree, it's very annoying. Especially early in the game when you really care about mining ore.

If you mine obsessively early on then you'll stop caring about this issue soon enough because you'll have more than enough ore to go around. Same with leather. You'll use your raven less and less to search for resources and more for just spotting targets, hidden entranceways, or just to get a lie of the land.

Most video games are designed so that when something is removed from the map, it's removed from the map.

Not this game. In Valhalla, resource nodes are permanently flagged, even when depleted.
