@ubi-mark My Season Pass is marked as owned inside the game, and on the Microsoft Store but no DLC included into the Season Pass when trying to download.
My Season Pass was acquired on the Xbox account I linked my Ubisoft account to. If you would just look at the Season Pass on the Microsoft Store itself you would see that the DLC is not included in it. All it says under 'In this bundle' is the Beowulf quest. That's it. Only way to get the expansion is to buy it again separately.

I can confirm, that this issue should be resolved on all platforms now
If you're still having trouble finding the expansion on your platform, please try the following:
- For Xbox consoles, please make sure that your content is installed on your console with this link.
- For PlayStation consoles, please navigate to the Store and search for the expansion to download.
- For PC, please restart your application and verify your game files if the download doesn't start automatically.

Ubisoft are really doing their hardest at alienating customers aren't they?
What a disaster.
Whenever I'm forced to go outside of Steam to buy a game, there's always an issue. You just know something is going to go wrong.
Whether it's having to reinstall Ubisoft Connect because it's not working properly, or the cloud sync isn't functioning, or the DLC is D.O.A., or the forums are in Beta.
It's like a circus act around here.
Not to mention the game itself is technically a mess.

Hello Ubisoft, we paid for DLC, have season pass, etc. Where is my DLC at? Still says unavailable. Can you please give your PAYING customers their access? Are you seriously asking people to take screenshot? WHY? You don't believe us? LOL you are funny.
@ubi-mark - come on Mark, after everyone posting about this on social media and on these forums, I don't think asking for photographic proof of the issue is really a solid response do you? Appreciate someone has finally posted an official response acknowledging there is an issue though.
I have a pointer however for the investigation - if you have a Uplay+ account the DLC is available, if you "only" own the DLC via a Season Pass then the DLC isn't showing up and isn't installing. Its the same issue with some of the Odyssey DLC they should be well aware of this now.

I bought in november the gold edition of the game. We can't download the dlc and obviously, Azar is nowhere to be found in game (looked all over the docks and nothing). I am playing on PC... (ubi connect doesn't seem to allow me to buy the dlc separately, that's a relief)
@katzenkrimis71 - honestly the game as a whole has been a big let down after Odyssey for me.
This title will be my last AC pre-order. Ubisoft already lost any pre-orders from me for their Ghost Recon titles after the Breakwind fiasco of a game, now lost my money for any future Assassins Creed titles. I guess its a good option for them to move to Free-2-Play titles (as they announced a few days ago) as they clearly aren't going to be able to make money on people buying games from them at this rate!

Everybody can evaluate the situation:
If you are an owner of AC Odyssey and its season pass, you will see in the owned DLC section within UBISOFT Connect: all individual DLCs plus the season pass.
In AC Valhalla's (as owner of the season pass) owned DLC section you see there only the season pass, no individual DLC.

Add me to the list of season pass owners who are seeing NOTHING. Bought the Gold Ed directly from Ubisoft, playing on PS4, I'm really disappointed as I have generally had a pretty error-free main game.
That's the issue.
It only works for the Uplay+ folks.
It's unbelievable that they found a way to screw this up.
Maybe if enough of us press this button in our Orders section - - we might get some actual service? Honestly close to doing this now, what with the low quality of the game generally and now this.

I own ultimate edition. And I can't access the dlc at all.
And seems like it's not released yet for me in Sweden. From the ingame store it says coming soon...
And not even provide an update to explain or apologise for the delay.
Well, it's like 4:20 am in Montreal, so they'll be getting out of bed early today.
They know about it now. The fire alarms and sprinklers are going off.
Time to wake up.

Ubisoft, you guys just keep finding new ways to screw over your customers.
So I am to believe that the DLC is only available for Ubisoft+ subscribers and NOT the people who actually payed full price for the game + season pass?
The silence has been deafening by the way.
