Im playing on PC and everytime I press Alt + a second Key my Inputs stop working completely until I restart the Game. Can't even save. Noticed it first when I did a screenshot via Alt + Printscreen and then a second time when I pressed Alt + Z to open the Nvidia Overlay. Game is on the latest Version, I already verified Files and the DLC is owned. Hope this gets fixed ASAP. I also checked if its due to driver software such as iCue, Dragon Center or Glorious Core but disabling these had no Effect on the Bug.

@fantonv4 Hey there, and thanks for reporting this. It certainly sounds frustrating. I'm curious to know if you're able to still look around in-game, or perhaps use the mouse?
Additionally, I'd really like to have you try and disable any overlay programs while playing, just in case these are causing any outlying issues.

@ubi-wan Hey, first of thanks for your quick reply. I made sure to disable all Overlays before I made my Initial Post. Sorry for not clarfying that but the Issue appears with or without Overlays. Movement is still possible but very limited. I can use my Keyboard at full functionality in game but I can't use my Mouse, if I open the Pause Menu using Escape I can move my Mouse but clicking anywhere doesn't do anything. Controller stops responding completely ingame but is still sending Inputs. I tried recording my Screen to showcase it a bit since It is genuinely a weird bug:

Apologies for the late message, @fantonV4. Thanks for sending this video clip to us. I noticed you disabled all overlays, but if you are using Windows 10, could you check to see if the Xbox Game Bar is enabled? If so, try disabling it and let me know if you still receive the same issue. Let me know if are playing in windows mode or full-screen mode when this happens and to test if changing the mode helps at all.
