  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Hello there!

@Basilisk8000 - Thanks for sending us that video! I've passed it along to the development team so they can take a closer look.

@SteveZ_Pun - I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble sleeping in the bed in Dublin too. I've shared your report with the development team as well.

    Thanks! 😊

@ubi-borealis Me too, looks like the bed can only be used once.
Also you guys should have added some dialog or quest to point people to this location, I bet many overlook it completely.
    Especially the letter box.

Thanks for letting us know that you've been affected by this issue as well, @Kormac67. The development team are now taking a closer look at why the bed in Dublin can only be used once.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about marking this location on the map as well. To be honest, I also wouldn't have found this place if I hadn't spotted there was a tattoo place using Synin. I didn't expect there to be a letter box or a bed in this place as well. I've shared your feedback with the development team.

You're welcome, @Basilisk8000! Once we have any further updates to share, they'll be posted within the forums.

    Thanks! 😊

Yup, so i was correct with use only once. Also matter me that my vikings sit all day and night in the boat. Why they are not also there in this camp?
Some unknown vikings using the staff inside without allowing. Also the boat cat isnt in my boat.

Thanks for sharing some additional feedback with us about the longship crew, @SteveZ_Pun. I imagine they stay in the boat as they would at any other dock outside of Ravensthorpe, so you can leave with them at any time. It would be cool if they left the boat to walk around Eivor's camp area, like in Ravensthorpe! I have passed on this suggestion to the development team for you.

I'd noticed that our furry friend had gone missing as well, and I've reported this issue to the development team so they can take a closer look at this. Thanks for sharing your report with us. Hopefully we can have our cat return before we get a mouse infestation on board! 🐭

Hahaha, thanks. Its not a game breaker but kills the immersion. Sit all day in the boat isnt good for the spine. XD
Same is with the longhouse, so big and noone ever inside. The settlement need some activity, campfire, smalltalk, etc. Its dead and boring there.
    Just saying...
