    I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to deploy a fix for "Children of Danu" and the missing Amber shards in TU 1.2.2. This update will be deployed 15 June, 2021 at 2 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
     
    If you are still encountering issues with the Amber shards following TU 1.2.2, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • You are still missing Amber shards following this update.

     
    Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud. We can then pass these reports to the development team for further investigation.

    Update: after doing the master trails, I suddenly got a trophy and the missing amber

    @lpacifico98 - I'm sorry to hear you're still encountering trouble with the amber shards. If you're having trouble uploading a video to the forums, I would recommend uploading it to a sharing platform instead (such as YouTube or Google Drive). You can then post a shareable link within this thread for us to take a closer look at. Would you be able to do this so we can take a closer look at your video?

    Same for me on the ps5 platform. With the amount of issues i have come across this game, i will no longer purchase an assassins creed game.

    Would you be able to clarify which issue you're encountering with the amber shards, @AngGti? Are you missing any shards to allow you to complete "The Children of Danu?" Or do you have extra amber shards in your inventory?

    Patches didn't work for me, still have only 9/10 shards after completing all other quests.

    Hey there @Estogeronium, thank you for replying to this thread and letting us know that you are still missing one amber shard. I am sorry to hear that the issue persists for you.

    Would you be able to share one last additional image of your inventory, showing that you have only 9/10 shards acquired? Could you also see if you are able to see the last shard added to your inventory by fast-travelling to Ireland and staying still in the spawn location for 60 seconds before leaving again?

    Thank you in advance for any additional information you can provide! I'll happily reopen the investigation if the issue persists after you've tried the workaround above, and provided the requested image if the issue persists. 🙂
