    Hello there,

    I've merged several threads together about players being unable to purchase items from Reda's Shop on 24 November, 2020. This issue has since been resolved, and we will now be locking this thread.

    If you are unable to find daily / weekly items in Reda's shop, please can you open up a new thread about this issue? In your post, please include the date/time, and an image that shows Reda's shop inventory. We can then take a closer look at this.

    @ciaossu Well... We have to consider what to buy anyways.
    We only get 90 opals in a week.
    That's not enough to buy one "premium" item (120/150) every week, once you've collected all open world opals.

    In AC:OD we got way more, and the missions were more interesting.
    We actually had to "work" to get the weekly done and sometimes there were even 2 weekly missions.

    @sciss0rman i have 270 opals 😞 I was checking the daily item if much needed.

    I was able to accept quests from Reda's, however, nothing shows up in the market. I have not purchased anything out of the market except for one item last week and nothing else is available in the weekly or the daily.

    same . originally saying shop is empty but now cant even talk to Reda. Just sits there. Other contacts available but no missions showing. on PS4

    Still no items available to purchase with opal. If it's my connection to the Ubisoft servers, then it's something on their end, because I am getting the challenges that they set, like I got the special tattoo set and can see the other ones that are available.

    Is it a bug? Is it be design, do I have to get something else first?

    Well, I can SEE items available, but the only thing I can toggle to is the B(ack) button - so, no purchases possible

    @rousch_iv Thanks for raising this. I too am having this issue (26/12/20)

    I have been working on the daily contracts from Reda to acquire 120 Opal for the Mournful Cry Mythical Hammer from Reda's Shop. I currently have 112 Opal and need one days worth of quests to unlock the Hammer. I logged on today to find the Shop is empty in both the daily and weekly selection, both stating "This section is empty". I'm worried this will not be fixed before the Mournful Cry disappears in the weekly reset.

    Ubisoft please can you address this bug before I lose the chance at purchasing the Hammer.

    @lild3x The issue resolved after a few restarts of the game.

    I assume the game servers reconnected.
