First of all, I got stuck at Flann over Ireland.
I was supposed to escort Ciara and Bárid. But Bárid didn't leave Dublin. Then I decided to start over again. When I first played WotD I completed Trial of the Morrigan in Meath. Now there is a marker on my map, but I can't interact with it.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@sirpnity Hey there! Thank you for reaching out about this. Our team is aware of players seeing the Trade Posts already built and not being able to claim them. The team is currently investigating this issue! I have gone ahead and added your information to the investigation. I apologize for any frustrations this has caused you in the meantime.
Hi @drprofessor-0 I'm afraid that there is no workaround for this issue.
The issue is still being investigated by the development team.
As soon as we have more information we will update this thread.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
@drprofessor-0
hello, at this time I don't know any workaround
it's the very first time I ear that somebody could solve this by starting a fresh new game, usually this doesn't work, mabe the person started with a fresh new account, or on another platform ?
Rencently I start a new game(beat everything on the old one).A it goes to Ireland ,I noticed that all trade posts are already built up and fully upgraded.
It leads to more serious problem,as tracking the trade quest:Dyed in the Wool.
It request for investigation of the trade post at Drumlish,where’s nothing to investigate.That certain object shoud be somewhere top of the trees as I remembered,but there’s nothing there.
There’s some more I found on reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/AssassinsCreedValhala/comments/oh818p/bug_wrath_of_the_druids_all_trade_posts_built/
Is there at least some kind of work-around? I saw a reddit post saying their problem was that they reloaded a save instead of actually clicking new game and when they went and made a new game it fixed it. That didn't work for me but is there some other kind of easy fix to get around it?
@unholy_trojan
sadly this an old bug, you will find more info in this Megathread :

thread that started ... 403 days ago = 1 Year, 1 Month and 7 Days ago ...
Started a new save, leveled up enough to go to Ireland. After obtaining the Book of Kells, I decided to turn my focus towards Trade. Then I realised all the Trade Posts were already in the "Controlled" state, but not entirely. 1) can't complete the deed quest because its marked as "Controlled" because there is no sign post to complete the quest. 2) Trade posts stay white, because of this, they do not work as fast travel points. 3) Trade Post Quests on new Save files are not able to be completed, therefore labelling this bug as Semi Game Breaking.

I also hope it will soon be solved
Got the same issue, second playthrough, an update from the development team would be nice.
Hi There,
There is a bug with the Ireland Trade Posts on my 2nd run-through (and this was a little while back, so my memory is a little rusty):
One or two of them, upon arrival, worked as normal, kill the fiends, talk to the person, upgrade / build and start trading.
Most of them were already upgraded - no violence - no person to talk to (though the green concentric halo was, and still is, present) and trade had already started.
Finally, some of them, although fully upgraded and trading, offer no Fast Travel:
Port Auley
Athlone
Lisdurrow
Ardmel
Clearly very buggy...
I've uploaded a video of one of the offending Trade Posts (Port Auley) and included the map where the others offer no Fast Travel:

And yes, it's pretty sad to see this hasn't been fixed after a year of reports.

@ubi-borealis I'd like to share that i have the very same problem as other people have. Completed and upgrated all the outposts in Ireland on my first playthrough and decided to start over and i get those quests for those outposts, but it won't let me complete it as they seems to be already fully upgraded. Please fix.
