I bought the gold edition in order to get the season pass as well. I game was sent without the season pass. After abut 4 months of trying to get UBISOFT to send it to me, I eventually managed to get one, but on activation it did not work, and still requests me to purchase it. I have now tried two season pass keys but with the same result. UBISOFT are refusing to refund the cost of the season pass and are refusing to even send me keys for the DLCs as they come out.
This call has been going on now for 6+ months.
Has anyone else had a similar problem, did they manage to solve it and how.
I have tried rebuilding my play store database but to no avail.
I get the feeling that they do not know what the problem is and are just stonewalling me until I give up.

@richardfewing Apologies for the late response and to hear that you have experienced this issue with your Season Pass.
I have looked at your support ticket and can see that it is currently with our escalations team. I have also looked in to the issue and can confirm that the team are working hard to resolve this.
The escalations team will update your support ticket as soon as there is an update available.
