    @ubi-mark here is a video i made about this issue. To correct my report I can take the key but it doesnt open the door at the end of the video(and the key does not appear in the inventory):

    I tried this even after defeating the enemies. It remains the same problem.

    I cant post the video here somehow. "You do not have enough privileges for this action." this appears in the forum. How can i send it to you?

    @ubi-mark ok i upload it here:


    so it doesnt recognise that i picked up the key and then still the door even after defeating those enemies, wont open.. tried cleaning datas and reloading.. but nothing worked

    @ubi-mark yes i tried this 3 times.. and it didnt solve the issue.

    by the way the key doesnt even appear on inventory

    @dorra100 Thanks for the update. I can see from the video that you collect the key but you do not receive the notification on screen to say that it's been collected which explains why it's not in your inventory.

    I will forward this on to the game team to investigate. Could you also confirm the Ubisoft account username for the account that you play the game on please, as I am unable to see any game activity on this account you have posted on.

    @ubi-keo yes thats the case too. I bought the game on epic games, but it connects with ubisoft.

    @ubi-keo Hello,

    i would like to ask if you figured out how to solve this?

    The same problem is still there and i cant finish the quest and the dlc...

    @dorra100 I have checked and this issue is still being investigated.

    The development team have been unable to reproduce the issue so far and we have not received any other reports from any other players. The only suggestion I have would be to load an earlier save before you entered the Boyne Tomb or started the quest 'A Show of Character' if this is possible.
