    (Eorforwine - drenger difficulty)
    I'm trying to do some mini boss fight mainly hand-to-hand approach

    I am often noticing, that towards the end of the duel, either the enemy is slightly less bad .. or I am the one who is lucky (I think the former as many skills give some help if you find yourself at the end of your life)

    what did you think of my approach Dwarven ax + crow shield?

    (I record the video using nvidia experience, but just uploaded to youtube, I always lose quality, could you recommend a method to be able to keep a better definition on youtube too?)

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    ======

    Yikes! That was too close for my liking. You almost blew it near the end. Nice parrying and dodging, though.

    I've always hated combat that gives you a slow motion effect for perfectly dodging. It's so cheesy. You may have lost that fight if it weren't for the slow motion on the dodges.

    I don't use abilities very often because they are too strong, but in that fight it looks like you needed it. You finished him off with one and if you hadn't used it, he may have killed you.

    Nice work.

    Record at full resolution (In my case that is 1440p) use MP4 as the format and bump up the bit rate by 10 Mbps... That will make the file larger, take longer to upload and process but the results are better ..... Here are some examples from my YouTube channel

    @caosck Wow fist fighting looks terrible in this game and floaty with no sense of contact with the player clipping right through the boss ..... Compare it to these from Odyssey

    @caosck Well that's part of your problem, I edit videos with AVIDemux which just demuxes the video and audio files, allows you to make your cuts/appends and then remuxes them without doing any re-encoding except for a few frames around the cuts and appends. That's the problem with most video editing programs is they completely reencode the entire video and every time you reencode a compressed format you have losses because compressed formats are inherently lossy. The reason for YouTube videos looking worse is they are also completely reencode the video after you upload it so you are reencoding it twice now, once with Adobe and again with YouTube so you end up with twice the losses or more.

    I believe with Adobe you can do the same thing as AVIDemux, just make edits without reencoding the entire video again ... Another advantage to doing it that way it's a helluva lot faster since you aren't actually re-encoding the entire video just a few frames .... Plus AVIDemux is free and Open Source and for editing game play videos is all you really need .... Unless you are making more complex videos Adobe is just overkill and expensive
