    The Basim outfit cannot be redeemed for me. I've redeemed Way of the Berserker and that worked fine

    @ubi-mark I have a case right now regarding this issue but I just wanted to see if anyone here had a way of fixing it. An Ubisoft agent told me to wait while they investigate it and its been a few days since.

    I apologise for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble redeeming the Basim outfit reward. Just to confirm, have you tried redeeming the outfit from both the Ubisoft Connect website and via the in-game Ubisoft Connect overlay?

    If you're still unable to redeem the reward, can you send us a video which shows what happens when you try to redeem the reward? We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.

    @ubi-borealis I also had a case with the Ubisoft Connect team however that came to an end when they said to wait for a fix to be posted on the forums. None of the suggestions they gave helped at all and there are no error messages what so ever when I try to redeem it however that is close to a month ago now when I first had the issue. I was just hoping there had been a fix by now.

    Thanks for letting me know that you've already opened up a support ticket, @AchedPegasus51. I've take a look at your case, and I can see that a lot of troubleshooting steps have already been tried. I understand that you've tried to redeem the reward via the Ubisoft Connect website without success, and that you've had trouble trying to redeem it via the in-game overlay as the icon is unavailable. Is this correct?

    Are you able to try using the Ubisoft Connect app available on smart phones? The development team have been unable to reproduce this issue so far during their testing, so it would be useful to know if it affects all available platforms in which the reward can be redeemed.

    @ubi-borealis I have tried the mobile app previously and there's been still no success. When I tried to first redeem it, it was my first time on the connect app for about a year if that helps with identifying the problem. Would it not be possible to just add the item in-game while the problem is being worked on as it's free? If not that's fine.
