UNSOLVED "The Joy of Killing" Reward does not unlock with gold medals :(

I have completed two mastery challenges both with gold medals but the reward for The Joy of Killing Challenge, Skadi's Blade will not unlock in Ubisoft Connect. I do not already have this item in my inventory. Am I missing something here?

Tried including a few screenshots in the previous post but it wouldn't accept the photos after sizing it down. -
@dyskorrd Thanks for the update and the images. I have checked your account and underneath your stats it shows you have earned no gold medals which explains why the Ubisoft Connect reward has not unlocked, however I am unsure why the game has not recorded it.
Could you also provide a video for me. In the video can you highlight challenges on the map as you have in your images, then open Ubisoft Connect in game to show the challenge has not been completed.Official Response
