I assume this list will be helpful in the future and since I can not update the list in the old forums I'll re-post it here:
As mentioned before: All additions, corrections, and hints are more than welcome.
On some sets, I'm not 100% sure if they are in their original specs or whether I re-calibrated them to make them more useful. I would appreciate a note on this so I can correct the list.
The notation "10/8" means that the boosted value is 10, the regular maximum value is 8.

Furthermore, we got some half sets from repeated summits which I did not list.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The Skill-Set for Drift cars had a value of 10/14 for Slippery and 10/8 for Hothead. I know this, because I've seen it before.
And Hovercrafts had a boosted Nitro Chemist-Set that contained 9/8 Pure and 5/4 Ventilated.
In both cases, they are very much useless.

Thanks a lot, but this stupid new forum does not allow me to modify the original post:

There are two additional sets in the new motorpass, so if someone was crazy enough to buy it immediately I would appreciate information on whether those are boosted or not.
I just figured out that the APG-Motorpass-Set (Follower, Popular, Rich) is a regular maxed one and not boosted.
Update (Addition) 2021-07-14:

@obu42 this really worries me, for two reasons:
I myself do not know what exact pro settings the WR holders are using for the Drift events, and even if I did, I don't think I can ever WR any drift event. And that's sad.

And I can only ask WHY? WHY? WHY? Worst design decision since quite a while. First of all, the "rich" part is pointless - everyone will re-roll it to a maxed "pump" affix. And then we will have one set which outperforms all others. Up until now, chances were the same for everyone in Street category and no boosted sets gave an advantage - now we have one perfect set which we have to move from one car to the next.
@obu42 I don't agree with you on this, i think rich, specially for newest players could be a big difference in a long-term racing farming method. Particularly, i liked this set, but, i think this should be that magnet bonus set type.
