Wasnt the lastest server update meant to fix the invisible character selection?

My main character is still inaccesible and joining squads where I cannot see the other players at all. Anybody else?

I know "Enforcer" weapon was supposed to be offered exclusively to those who had bought WoNY DLC within pre-order period but...
I just got to know the DLC too late and didn't get one.
I'm badly want to try this weapon so much but there is no way at all to get one.
Is there any plan to give it away to those who newly just started this game?

been browsing for some info on this but its close to non existant , found a couple of Xcels30 posts in the past about it and that was it .

does anyone has any hard data on this ? or did any tests ?

what im interested in is seeing that circle tighten a bit on my shotguns , does weapon handling help ? or is it better to go full accuracy?

i will do some tests myself later but i was just curious about others experience.
