    Hello, After Installing the newest Update 3.21 (Inside game it's 1.2.2.1), There is no update history, I turned the game off and on tried to check if the update installed correctly, and turned ps4 off and on, and there is nothing I know I can just check it on the internet but you know. Thanks

    Ubisoft Connect: I also wanted to report that on PS4, Ubisoft Connect is really slow, It's usable but it's like 10 FPS when i look into it, so it would be good to make it not freeze and lag, thanks.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing lag when using Ubisoft Connect as well. If you haven't already, I would recommend trying some connectivity troubleshooting steps to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition.     Hello, Connection is Stable at my side, I have 500MB of internet. (80MB Download 30 Upload), When there was Uplay and Ubisoft Club in the Assassins Creed games it was okay but when Ubisoft Connect was introduced it was just always lagging and freezing, The same thing happens for me on Ac Origins, Watchdogs Legion, Ac Odyssey. I dont know what could be causing it, i dont have a wired connection but as i said before i never had problems before. Thanks

    I would recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at what could be causing this lag for you. You can open up a support ticket in the following ways:


    When opening a support ticket, please can you include the following information:

    • All of the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far
    • An image of your port forwarding configuration
    • A video that demonstrates the lag your experience when using Ubisoft Connect on PS4


    This will help the team to investigate the issue further.
